Care Options provides service across the South West Metropolitan Health Area, which covers the following local government areas:
- Cockburn
- East Fremantle
- Fremantle
- Kwinana
- Mandurah
- Melville
- Rockingham
Our multiple programs include:
Home and Community Care (HACC)
Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
Veteran’s Home Care (VHC)
Assistance with Care and Housing for the Aged (ACHA)
Whatever services are required, we are committed to supporting individuals to engage meaningfully in their communities by providing outstanding quality care and support.
